Common questions.
How long does a full-service project typically take?
Most full-service residential projects run eight to fourteen months from kickoff to install day. New construction projects may run longer depending on build timeline. We'll give you a realistic schedule in your discovery call.
Do you work with clients outside Southern California?
Yes — we offer E-Design nationwide + have traveled for select full-service projects. If you're outside SoCal, mention your location in the inquiry form + we'll discuss what's possible.
What's included in full-service design?
Full service means we handle everything: space planning, material selection, custom furnishings, trade sourcing, contractor coordination, + install day. You're involved in every decision; we handle all the logistics.
Is E-Design right for my project?
E-Design works well for furnished spaces, single-room refreshes, + clients who want professional direction but prefer to manage purchasing themselves. We'll let you know honestly if we think in-person service would serve you better.
How do you structure your fees?
We charge a design fee plus a procurement percentage on furnishings + materials. The exact structure depends on project scope + service type. We're transparent about our fee model from the very first conversation.
I'm not sure what service I need. Is that okay?
Completely. Many of our best client relationships started with "I'm not sure where to begin." The discovery call is exactly for that — we'll help you figure out what the project actually needs before any decisions are made.
