Harbor Cove presented as a blank canvas and an opportunity to have some creative freedom. Perched above Newport Bay this full-scale renovation allowed us to capture a unique expression of modern coastal living. The vision was clear from the start: no clichés, no shiplap, no nautical ropes. Instead, layered neutrals, organic textures, earthy wood tones, and thoughtfully curated moments of contrast to create a home that felt like the coast without announcing it. We balanced clean architectural lines with softer, sculptural forms to create spaces that feel both unique and of-the-moment.

Custom details define the experience—from the ombré tile risers and one-of-a-kind chandelier, to the sculptural fireplace built-in that plays with curves and crisp geometry. The kitchen embraces a distinctly California-cool sensibility with intentional layering, symmetry, and understated warmth.
